Official: "Daesh" and "Al Qaeda" to seek an alliance obscurantist

Announced Acting Collective Security Treaty Organization Secretary General, Valerie Simeorkov on Thursday that the regulatory "Daesh" and "Al Qaeda", starting with the recent negotiations to form an alliance between them.
Said Simeorkov in the Moscow International Conference on the sixth security: "According to the available information, the recent period witnessing attempts to overcome differences through negotiations between the" Daesh "and" Al Qaeda "terrorists brought together these two organizations in the alliance." He added: "If the implementation of this initiative, the terrorist threat will grow exponentially in the world."
Simeorkov also noted that "Afghanistan today has become a place flowing to a flood of militants from fleeing Daesh strikes in Syria and Iraq, and is likely to turn this country into a foothold for them to expand into the territory of the Member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization."
