Baghdad (news) .. Said economic expert Majid picture, the existence of the flight of funds out of Iraq because of Aaguetsada situation and the political and security situation.

He said the picture (of the Agency news): that the current situation to Aichdja to keep money inside Iraq to so people Alji to turn to outside Iraq, and find other shelters to invest in various parts of the world, especially neighboring countries.

He added: that the process of transfer of funds legally fundamentalist therefore can not be called the 'smuggling', but 'escape' because the funds transferred are legitimate.

He pointed out: the existence of money laundering operations in Iraq because of the corrupt financial and administrative rampant, but in limited proportions are not large, in addition to the spread of the very phenomenon of drug trafficking and counterfeiting of the currency.

He said: there is no law to combat money laundering and five government institutions to combat it, but the problem is the lack of coordination and cooperation between these institutions to reduce it and eliminate it.

It should be noted that the form of the circumstances through which Iraq is fertile ground for the growth and spread of the phenomenon of money laundering, in light of the continued political differences affect the areas of the country, including economic and trade relations. / End / 5.
