    Vice-Chairman of the Committee in charge of experts revealed the selection of the High Commissioner of the Independent Human Rights MP Ashwaq dry, Saturday, for a new amendment in the Independent High Commission for Human Rights Act, and while confirming that the amendment included changing the seventh paragraph law on membership of the Committee of Experts and specifically the United Nations membership, indicated that lack of quorum was the reason for the postponement of the vote on the law in Thursday's session to session today.
    She dry in a statement obtained by "direction Press", a copy of the amendment occurred in Article VII of the law, which states that "the House of Representatives shall form a committee of experts to exceed the number of fifteen members comprising representatives from the House of Representatives and the Council of Ministers and the Supreme Judicial Council and community organizations civil Office of the United Nations Human rights in Iraq the selection of candidates to declare a national. "
    She said the amendment in the article was as follows "the House of Representatives is a committee composed of a number of experts to exceed the fifteen members of boring for the House of Representatives and the Council of Ministers and the Supreme Judicial Council and civil society organizations, the Committee shall select candidates for membership of the Board of Commissioners to declare a national and her benefit than provided by the Office the United Nations human rights in Iraq, advice and technical support. "
    She noted that, the drafting of the amendment was by the Legal in parliament after lifting her by the Committee of Experts, and after discussing the members of the House of Representatives come to the final text, which included changing the role of the United Nations from member to an observer. "
    She drew dry, that this law is effective from the date of the vote, while stressed the need to speed up the selection of members of the Council of the Independent High Commission for Human Rights, because of the volume of complaints received from within the current commission because of management. "
