    {Baghdad: Euphrates News} stressed the economic expert Saleh Alhmac, on Sunday, on the need to prepare an integrated database for Iraqi families base for the purpose of addressing the poverty rate, which has seen a rise.
    He Alhmac, told {Euphrates News}, that " the government real steps are not taken to address poverty , " noting that " the poverty rate in Iraq was up to 17% during 2003 and began to rise with the continued terrorist attacks and the security situation, but the government did not set standards for the treatment of these despite the apparent potential possessed by Iraq. "
    He noted that " the government did not go real step to address poverty through integrated data base for Iraqi families did not collect any statistics and estimates which seeks to eliminate this bad phenomenon and lead to problems in the country."
    He added that "successive governments bear the full responsibility on the high rate of poverty and up to 32% , according to statistics as well as the displacement and the situation in Iraq."
    And official conferences held around that, Alhmac, said that " the good conferences and coverage is good and interest, but it must be accompanied by legislation and tools to work , " noting that "the Ministry of Planning were not to have plans and laws no database or specify the minimum and areas that are frequently the longer the poverty line , "stressing the need to " constitute a crisis cell to resolve this problem. "
    He said , "The government should develop an integrated data base laws and constitute a crisis cell to deal with it."
    The Ministry of Planning announced earlier time, about the high rate of poverty in Iraq to 30%, after recording 22% in the last survey conducted in 2014.anthy
