Putin and Trump agree on the need for a ceasefire in Syria and the establishment of a safe area

{International: Euphrates News} US presidents agree Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin on the need to intensify efforts for a ceasefire and an end to the war in Syria.
This came in the first phone call between the two presidents since the US missile attack on a Syrian military base by nearly a month and led to strained relations between the two sides.
