    Arab and international Monday 08 May 2017

    Sent Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, a message to the North Korean leader, Kim Jong-un, expressed his deep gratitude to the leadership of North Korea's "help" in the Syria crisis.

    According to the letter, quoted by the Korean news North, Assad thanked the leader of Korea to congratulate him on his re-election as Secretary diagonally to the Baath Party in Syria, and stressed thanks "Syrian Arab Republic for the support provided by Korea to Syria to overcome the difficulties they face."

    The Syrian president pointed out in his letter to the "consensus" about the positions of the two countries to resolve the Syrian crisis through peaceful means through national dialogue, and to maintain the territorial integrity of Syria, and to protect the interests of the Syrian people, and to restore peace and security in the region.

    He received the President of North Korea, Kim Jong-un, a message from Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, in which he expressed the latter expressed "deep gratitude" to Kim Jong and the leadership of North Korea's "help" in the Syria crisis.
