Bahaa al-Araji: I will not vote on the current year's budget did not guarantee the delivery of the ration card and the distribution of 25% of the surplus oil revenues to the people

According to the head of the Liberal MP for the National Alliance Bahaa al-Araji, that his bloc will not vote on the budget that 2013 unless sufficient funds are available for the delivery of the ration card and distribute 25% of the surplus oil revenues to the people.
A statement from the office Araji received Agency (news) copy of it: The bloc prompted to insert enough money to deliver the ration card and the improvement of the Iraqi citizen, and the distribution of the amount of 25% of the surplus oil revenues to the Iraqi people for the past year and current.
He added: if you do not include these paragraphs in the budget for 2013, will not be part of this vote
On the other hand, said the President of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee MP for the Liberal bloc Bahaa al-Araji, "that the response of the Minister of Youth and Sports Jassim Mohammed Jaafar exceeded seven days even though he was not officially.
