North Korea expresses its intention to conduct a nuclear test in response to sanctions Washington

    Date: 01/24/2013 09:43:55 Thursday

(News) North Korea Thursday expressed its intention to conduct a new nuclear test but without specifying a timetable and expanded in response to the sanctions imposed by the UN after its launch rocket regarded Washington as a ballistic missile.

The news agency quoted the North's official Korean National Defense Commission that "satellites and long-range missiles that we will continue to launch and the nuclear test that we will have targeted our arch-enemy, the United States."

The UN Security Council adopted Tuesday evening extended the sanctions on Pyongyang after its launch rocket last December.

The solemn Korea responded to the resolution, saying it would take "concrete measures aimed at expanding our military for self-defense and promotion, including nuclear deterrence."

For its part, reported South Korean news agency Yonhap, quoting a South Korean intelligence that Pyongyang ended technical preparations for the experience you might get in the coming days. / End /
