Babylon recognizes planning projects for 2013 as trillion dinars

Babylon/sourcing Centre for media network (IMN)-obstacles recognized local management of Babil province, on Monday, mshariha 2013 plan to the Ministry of planning after completion with a view to ratification and release projects, stating that the amount of the total plan exceeded 1 trillion dinars.
A member of the provincial Council endorsed the tribulation (IMN) said "Babil officially handed over the Ministry of planning and development cooperation to plan projects to 2013 which included more than 300 different project cost exceeded 1 trillion dinars".
The plight of the "share of Babil this year for projects up to approximately 500 billion dinars, but as the remaining time of the year few until now did not release funds for projects to 2013 was double the budget value of payments as soon as possible."
