    Chinese President Xi Jinping vowed on Sunday to allocate $ 124 billion plan for the new Silk Road to be a path to peace and reunification and free trade, and called for the rejection of old models to compete and diplomatic power games.

    Xi said at the summit, which ends on Monday, the opening, said that "trade an important engine for economic development," noting that the world should enhance multilateral trade and the establishment of free trade zones and to facilitate the free trade system.

    Shi added that "we must build a platform open to cooperation and support of a free world economy and work to grow."

    He added that the world should create the conditions for free development support and encourage the development of "fair, acceptable and transparent global trade and investment rules" systems.

    China and promote what it calls a formal belt initiative and the road as a way to support a new global development since Xi unveiled the ambitious plan in 2013 in order to strengthen links between Asia, Africa, Europe and beyond through investments in infrastructure worth billions of dollars.

    Gives the most important diplomatic event in China this year, the top of the draft Silk Road that a two-day attended by the leaders of 29 countries, Xi a new opportunity to strengthen China's ambitions to lead the world, while US President Donald Trump promoted the principle of "America First" and calls into question the current global free trade initiatives such as NAFTA.

    Xi pledged funding a huge new Silk Road includes an additional 100 billion yuan (14.50 billion US dollars) to fund the existing silk and 380 billion yuan through loans from two banks large and 60 billion yuan in aid to developing countries and international institutions in the countries of the new Silk Road.
