    House of Representatives voted at its fourteenth meeting, which was held under the chairmanship of Mr. Osama Najafi, head of the House of Representatives and the presence of 242 deputies on Thursday, 08/22/2013, to draft a legal ratification of the Convention between Iraq and Kuwait on the organization of maritime navigation in the Khawr Abd Allah and forensic ended discussion of the proposed Act to amend the House of Representatives election law as well as the completion of the first reading of the proposed third amendment to the University Service Act.
