What is the truth to withdraw their ambassadors from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait, Bahrain and the UAE?

Qatari Foreign Minister, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, said he was not authorized to withdraw their ambassadors from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait, Bahrain and the UAE, and that the permit out of context, according to the Qatar News Agency.
The "agency" in a tweet on the official account via the Twitter website, said that "Foreign Minister confirms that he did not say the withdrawal or expulsion of ambassadors and that his statement out of context."
It is noteworthy that "the Qatar News Agency" Qena, "she said, earlier, said that the Qatari Foreign Minister, announced the withdrawal of Qatar ambassadors to Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Qatar and asked their departure from these countries within 24 hours.

The Director of Government Liaison Office in Qatar Saif bin Ahmed Al Thani, has said that the Qatar News Agency site (Qena) has been breached by an unknown so far, fabrication and publication of alleged statements to the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani concerning Iran and the United States of America .
