    In the second visit by a senior Saudi official to Iraq since last February, carrying Energy Minister Khaled Faleh, a new deal, and discussed the details with the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.

    Under the deal to restart the Iraqi oil pipeline, which was seized by the Saudi authorities, three decades, GCC investments before, in exchange for the Iraqi government solved the popular crowd, and define its relationship with Iran.

    Furthermore, culminating in secret negotiations conducted by Iraqi and Qatari delegations visiting Qatari Foreign Minister Hamad bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani to Baghdad, during which they agreed on the re-opening of the Qatari Embassy.

    And I saw the Iraqi-Saudi relations, a breakthrough after the inauguration of Abadi, head of government in conjunction with formation of the international coalition led by the United States to fight Daesh, and exerted pressure on Washington and Riyadh to open up to Baghdad. These efforts culminated in Iraq's invitation to participate in a conference held in Jeddah in 2014, for the war on terrorism to coordinate the efforts.
