The sources said that foreign companies recruited foreign manpower according to 2013 law which stipulated that their registration will be made after one month, that made these companies bring more foreign manpower without official permissions.
The ministry issued orders for the private people or companies that recruited foreign worker to report their cases within three months' time, otherwise an imprisonment sentence shall be made from one year to five years.
