40% of Iraqi budget spent on Da'ish war, MP

Baghdad/ Iraq TradeLink: Member of the Iraqi Parliamentary Financial Commission Jabbar al-Ibadi disclosed that the Iraqi government took many measures to counter debt, particularly foreign one.
He pointed that the government resorted to "investment debts" that will produce revenues to cover the debts themselves.
MP Ibadi pointed that the general debts reached to about 12 billion dollars, due to the governmental needs to cover general expenses.
He stressed that 40% of the federal budget are spent for war expenses.
