    Federal Court said it" found that the House 's decision came to the approval of the Council of Ministers ' decision and the condition of the force should be in accordance with the Constitution and laws in force. "
    She stressed the Constitutional Court on" the possibility of any citizen to appeal the resulting authentication before the Federal Supreme Court or any competent court whenever she found a violation of the Constitution or laws decisions, "noting that" the court decided to dismiss the claim, because it is not based on the Constitution. "
