Perhaps one of the main risks faced by Iraqi society after 2003 , is the cultural, media and informational openness unprecedented. In addition to opening the borders of Iraq because of the negligence of multinational forces to the issue of national security and its interest in the security of its soldiers as a first priority after their success in overthrowing the dictatorial regime, the political differences that have emerged on the surface since the formation of the first government , and thus to reach the established formula until today an ethnic and sectarian quotas contributed to the in other for political, informational, cultural and media breakthroughs. It is obvious to everyone that we are paying for the past four years the last price for all of this without there being a plan or an integrated strategy to face such challenges.
But it seems that the first step in a thousand miles away already started through the plan prepared by the National Security Council, which called the "National Security Strategy" , which includes all sectors of society. I had dealt with in a previous article aspects of the challenges facing our national security and the chances of success versus what we consider significant risks. The truth is that the chances of success are the most likely because everyone is keen on the protection of national security and the importance of engaging in how which they can secure society , which is suffering. Perhaps among the most important risk alerting her authors of this report is the community security through information and communication and is divided by different and overlapping doors of the cultural, media, social, technical and other such aspects of the doors still need to be real cemented because they face problems and crises Perhaps in It provided including the existence of a vast Bonn between the level of culture and community awareness of how to deal with these means and the method of use and handling. In fact , the report has been alerted to this issue by confirming " the security of information and communications security, and the development of the ICT sector and its infrastructure to serve the development and welfare of the community to prevent the negative use of the techniques of media and social networking Web and the network against society and the state while ensuring the fundamental freedoms enshrined in the
Constitution . " . Here we must emphasize the vital relationship between the security community , which is the responsibility of everyone from the family, school, university official, religious and tribal institutions and between the information security , which is ultimately the responsibility of departments and agencies concerned with. From this point we continue to note that the method of dealing with openness informational , whether at the technical level through what is available at the level of communications services through which and through which for breakthroughs threaten national security as a whole or on the cultural and cognitive level so as to hand increasing the dose pump comes from abroad information by opening the door to all people dealing with all modes of information and communication without a sergeant or a deterrent but also poses a real threat to society. The security of information and maintenance style to suit the awareness of society and culture based on the home front in the cemented factor without being as an excuse to confiscate the constitutionally guaranteed freedoms.
