    Editorial date: 2017/6/1

The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Secretary-General Mohamed Barkindo said at an economic forum in the Russian city of St. Petersburg on Thursday that it was too early to talk about a date for imposing a ceiling on Libyan and Nigerian oil production.
"We have no problem with those who are in the market and we focus on fundamentals," Barkindo said.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev Barkindo has said Russia is fully committed to a production cut agreement.
