Iraq condemned the terrorist attacks in the British capital London, on Saturday evening, expressed his full readiness to cooperate in the fight against terrorism.
Cabled President Fuad Masum , a message of condolence to British Prime Minister Theresa May, in which he strongly condemned the horrific terrorist attacks last night targeting innocent civilians in the capital London.
Masum said, in May of condolences, " on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of the Republic of Iraq, expressed deep condolences to the pain and the occurrence of innocent victims as a result of the horrific terrorist attacks that targeted last night in the pedestrian areas of London Bridge in London and Vauxhall capital our feelings."
The infallible "support and solidarity of the Iraqi people , with the people of the United Kingdom friendly against the evil terrorist groups, and strongly condemn this heinous violation of religious laws and norms of humanity crime" and wished "speedy recovery for the wounded and affirm Iraq 's readiness to cooperate with the United Kingdom in the fight against terrorism , " according the statement.
In turn, condemned the Iraqi Foreign Ministry, the London attacks. The official said the ministry 's spokesman Ahmad Jamal "condemns the Iraqi Foreign Ministry and the terrorist attack witnessed in London, and progressing condolences to the victims ' families with Amnyatea for a speedy recovery to the injured."
