Macgork: Iraqi forces put human rights priorities and 1.8 million displaced people have returned to their homes

, said the US envoy of President of the International Alliance Brett Macgork, on Wednesday that Iraqi forces put human rights priorities, while pointing out that 1.8 million Iraqis displaced have returned to their homes.
He said Macgork in an interview to a number of media , including Alsumaria News, said that "Iraqi forces put human rights priorities," he said . "When there is a violation must be held accountable for negligence."
He Macgork, that "Daesh has 55 thousand kilometers of the areas that were under his control , " noting that "four million freed from the control Daesh, and 1.8 million Iraqis displaced have returned to their homes."
