According to Menem , that the said project is being implemented in coordination with my organization (UNICEF) and (UNESCO) to conduct field surveys, especially after the follow - up in Baghdad , in addition to the four provinces: Basra, Najaf, Kirkuk , Dhi Qar, and in cooperation with the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and the Ministry of Planning and Society (Hope )

In the same context, he disclosed that his ministry establish an inspection campaign to combat child labor, in conjunction with the World Day for them , which coincided with the day yesterday, stressing the keenness of his ministry to conduct field visits to projects and workshops in the industrial zones in Baghdad to monitor violations against child labor under the legal age limit of (15) years.
The official spokesman for the ministry, pointed out that the Child Welfare Authority formed a team in coordination with the operating and loan department to reduce the phenomenon of child labor through extensive procedures and identify the relevant authorities and functions of each point represented by our team, noting at the same time that the team will work to identify the places and areas concentrated where the phenomenon of child labor to hold the status of workers and their families for children study to find the sources of family income and the reasons for dropping out of the study.
