    Citizen criticized the bloc in Parliament, on Monday, the Cabinet 's decision to extend the work of local councils until the elections, described the decision as " a legal violation" of the powers of the government. To that virtue bloc warned exceeded electoral timings and enter into a "constitutional vacuum".
    The government surprised parliament, who enjoys his vacation legislative now, an official Baamam requesting the provincial councils to continue its work until the elections that there seems to be an agreement to merge them with the parliamentary elections.

    The MP said Salim Shawki, a member of the mass citizen, said that " the extension of the work of the provincial councils by the cabinet without going back to the House of Representatives, we believe is a violation of the law." He said , " It is not the duties of the Council of Ministers to extend the work of directing the uncles of local councils until the elections."
    He added Shawki, in a statement received (range) yesterday, that " the powers of the Council of Ministers is to extend the work of provincial councils up to the conduct of business without making certain decisions , " pointing out that " the general decision on this subject dates back to the House of Representatives only to extend the work of the provincial councils or not" .
    In the same context, it stressed the parliamentary bloc of virtue, on Monday, not to exceed the constitutional timings for the elections, warning from entering the country in the event of a legislative vacuum and recourse to the governments of emergency.
    The MP said the bloc Abdul Hussein al - Musawi, in a statement received (long copy of it, " the adoption of an electoral law just will contribute to the expansion of popular participation in the elections and create a strong government and Amina supported by the people of the country."
    Moussawi stressed " the importance of seeking community - based interfaces to push accelerate the adoption of a fair election law and prevent the entry of the country to the status of a constitutional vacuum , "stressing" the importance of not exceeding constitutional timings for the elections. "
