    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The parliament rejected a request submitted by 50 MPs to discuss the demonstrators’ demands over canceling the three Presidencies’ pensions.
    Parlaimentary source stated to IraqiNews.com “The parliament voted on rejecting the request over discussing the demonstrators’ demands.”
    “113 MPs rejected the request while 90 agreed upon it meanwhile 22 others remain neutral,” the source concluded.

    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Parlaimentary Legal Committee announced finalizing the law draft of canceling the three Presidencies, MPs and the special posts’ pensions.
    In a press conference held at the parliament building on Tuesday “The draft involves the three presidencies and the special posts of General Directors, Governors and the Provincial Councils members.”
    “Any figure who is not involved in this draft can give up his pension willingly,” he concluded.
