    American Union for Civil Liberties request from an American judge, expand the scope of an order temporarily prevents deportation of 114 Iraqis in the state of Michigan to include Iraqis in all parts of the United States, according to a file in court.

    The American Civil Liberties Union , which filed a lawsuit to stop the deportation of Iraqis from Michigan from Goldsmiths and asked to issue a decision by Monday to expand his order to include more than 1,400 Iraqis facing expulsion across the United States. American Civil Liberties Union was quoted as immigration agency as saying it is that the deportations could begin on Tuesday.

    The federation said in his lawsuit that the will be deported may face persecution or torture because many of them Catholic Caldaon or Iraqi Kurds "and the two groups are recognized widely that they are targets of persecution and brutal in Iraq."

    The Union also submitted a proposal asking the judge to extend the scope of his order to cover all over the United States to ensure that the deportation of persons who may face persecution or torture or killed in Iraq.

    Spokesmen did not respond on behalf of the Ministry of Justice and the Department of Immigration and Customs requests for comment.
