    The Federal Supreme Court explained that the decisions of the Director-General or the Hearing Committee in Communications and Media Commission is not immune from the challenge, while noted that the consideration of the exit of the Appeals Committee of the Commission on the terms of reference is not the prerogative of the constitutional court.
    A statement of the Information Office of the Court, received «morning», that « the court considered the case of appeal against the constitutionality of paragraph 6 of section 8 of it 65 for the year 2004, which was considered of the Communications and Media Commission challenged media issues Council decision is final».
    The statement added that « the appeal board consists of three members headed by a judge», adding that «the Council shall consider appeals on the decisions of the media and communications director or committee hearing in the Commission».
    He explained that « the legal nature of the appeal board, is a high point of appeal to consider the resolutions issued by the Director - General or the Hearing Committee», noting that « the legislator to make the Council 's decisions are final and this does not violate the provisions of Article 100 of the Constitution».
    The statement continued, that «consider what the exit of the plaintiff 's claim that the Council does not consider his powers from the jurisdiction of the Federal Supreme Court, and therefore decided to dismiss the claim for lack of jurisdiction».
