Libya and Nigeria will not Charaka in the ministerial meeting of OPEC

Secretary-General of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Mohammed Barkindo told reporters today announced that Libya and Nigeria will not Charaka at the ministerial meeting of the Monitoring Committee Vienna Agreement, which will be held July 24 in St. Petersburg.
He said: "There will not be civilized. Only five of the members will attend the Committee and Saudi Arabia. "
The Wall Street Journal had reported earlier, quoting some OPEC delegates that the organization is considering the possibility of introducing restrictions on oil production in Libya and Nigeria.
It is known that the growth of production in these two countries will hold the organization's plans to influence oil prices in the global market.
It should be noted that Russia, as well as member states of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries "OPEC" asked Nigeria, Libya and send their representatives to the meeting of the ministerial committee to monitor the implementation of the reduction of the production agreement reached in Vienna the end of 2016 on production shrink by 1.8 million barrels per day October level, including Russia's share in the reduction of 300 thousand barrels per day.
