A member of the Council of Representatives of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, Hajjah Zabihi, criticized on Tuesday the delay in the issuance of visas to traders buying Iranian goods from Iraqis and Afghans.

"In addition to the delay in issuing visas at Iranian consulates in neighboring countries of Iraqi and Afghan traders, these visas are issued within a maximum period of six months, which is considered absolutely unhelpful for these traders," the official Tasnim news agency reported. "He said.

"The delay in issuance of these visas and the lack of visas have a long validity period occurs, at a time when India and Pakistan to issue visas for a period of 5 years for Afghan economic activists and traders in the shortest possible time."

"The problems in issuing Iranian visas to the merchants of neighboring countries, including Iraq and Afghanistan, led to the termination of trade contracts with millions of dollars with those traders." Ending / 25 z
