    Wednesday, September 11 2013 Twilight News / reviewed and Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari on Monday, with UN official Iraq's efforts to fulfill the remaining damages Kuwait.

    And the voice of the UN Security Council of the Organization of the United Nations in the month of June, voted unanimously to remove Iraq from Chapter VII after more than two decades of imposed when Iraq invaded its southern neighbor Kuwait.

    And regained Iraq so his legal status in the international community, to what it was before the UN Security Council Resolution 838 of 1993, which was passed by the former regime's forces invaded Kuwait.

    Realize that this is a FILE under UNAMI, nothing else or to do with the hold on the money... ;)

    Which means UNAMI that the compensation file was voted under on July 16th but was to of been on July 24th. There is nothing written to prove this, only what members told me that they wittnessed...
