Who is the next country to be invaded by America?

Bolivian President Evo Morales has spoken of the intention of the United States to invade a country in the coming period.

According to Morales, the administration's intention is to intervene militarily in Venezuela, a reference to the "American plan and the dual deal with Caracas."

"The inclusion of sanctions against Venezuelan officials is a double game," he said in remarks to the Sputnik website.

"The next step that the United States will take after sanctions is intervention."

Morales said that "this is unacceptable and must be condemned, and the intervention of the United States can evolve into armed conflict."

Morales also expressed dismay at the fact that the United States is applying double standards, imposing sanctions for alleged human rights abuses, and "killing thousands through its military interventions" and stealing state resources.

US officials have recently announced that they are considering imposing sanctions on Venezuela, as well as imposing sanctions on figures, notably Defense Minister Vladimir Padreño, Lopez and influential Socialist Party member Diosdaldo Capello.

Venezuela's ambassador to Russia, Carlos Rafael Faria Tortosa, said his country's authorities did not rule out the United States organizing provocations in the country on the day of the Constituent Assembly elections on July 30 to get a pretext for military intervention.
