    The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) on Sunday called on the KRG to send a high-level delegation to Baghdad to move the dialogue between Baghdad and Erbil from the media to official meetings.
    The party said in a statement read by Mawazine News that the leadership council, during its meeting headed by Deputy Secretary General of the party, Kosrat Rasul Ali, stressed the "necessity of this visit to prepare a comprehensive project on the aspirations of the people of Kurdistan, including the legitimate rights, In addition to what he called the economic injustice suffered by the province in the past years, and investigating the violations of the law and the failure to implement the Constitution, especially article 140.
    The statement added that "should be clarified why the weakening of the location of the participation of representatives of the Kurdistan region in the federal government and the delivery of this quota to the two ministers only, and deprive the Peshmerga forces of armament, and not to publish news in the Iraqi media to identify those forces and deliver these victories to the Iraqi public and Arab.
    The adviser to the Security Council of the Kurdistan region, pleased Barzani, confirmed on Monday, that the result of the referendum will be the basis for dialogue with Baghdad, noting that most of those who ruled Iraq after 2003, stood against the Kurdistan region and returned.
    The official of the Executive Committee of the Political Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Mullah Bakhtiar, yesterday, Saturday, that the referendum is a collective decision of all the Kurdish parties, adding that if the province failed to hold the referendum, he will demand the application of Article 140 of the Constitution.
