Microsoft's willingness to work in Basra
E-Governance Committee Chairman confirmed in Basra Governorate Council attribute within the peaceful ready Microsoft Corporation to work in Basra governorate and its contribution to the implementation of e-governance project.
She said in a press statement that "Microsoft has informed us willingness to cooperate with the local Government to develop information systems and electronic technologies in State institutions and specialized technical training to start entering data and information on the work of the institutions".
"The Committee started to develop plans and ideas in addition to implementation of questionnaires and all views to begin entering data, questionnaires and all views to start entering data and training local cadres outside Iraq.
