    Iraq Approves the draft ratification of an agreement with Kuwait to regulate navigation on the Khawr Abd Allah

    Iraqi Cabinet approved today, Tuesday, a bill ratifying the Convention
    between Iraq and Kuwait on the Organization of maritime navigation in
    the Khor Abdullah.

    The Government said in a statement,
    received/JD version of it: the Council of Ministers approved the draft
    law on ratification of the Convention between Iraq and Kuwait on the
    Organization of maritime navigation in the Khawr Abdullah and referred
    it to the House of representatives on the basis of the provisions of
    articles (61/item first and 80/item 2) of the Constitution.

    The
    statement, the Council also approved the issuance of a subsequent leave
    the negotiation and signature of the Minister of transport on the draft
    agreement between Iraq and Kuwait on the Organization of maritime
    navigation in the Khor Abdullah based articles (6-28) of the law of
    treaties (No. 111) of 1979 as amended with the Ministry of Foreign

    Government of the Republic of Iraq to the Minister of transport in
