Held the General Assembly meeting on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at ten in the morning in the province of Arbil in the company's headquarters to discuss the financial accounts 2012 and ratified and decide on the profits shown in the profit and ratification of the debt write-off and the differences set out in the general budget and increase the company's capital to (250 ) billion dinars in accordance with Article (55 / I and II) of the Companies Act.
