Jaafari discuss with Assistant U.S. Secretary of State bilateral relations between the two countries
15-09-2013 .. Baghdad (news) .. Search President of the National Alliance, Ibrahim al-Jaafari, with Assistant U.S. Secretary of State Brett Makourk the bilateral relations between the two countries.
A statement by Jaafari's office said in a statement received Agency (news) a copy of it: that Jaafari met with Assistant U.S. Secretary of State Brett Makourk and discussed with him bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them, and to discuss the situation in the regional and international level.
The Jaafari: that the national political forces seeking to unite, and the elimination of obstacles that stand in the development, offering the democratic process in Iraq through the adoption of the principle of constructive dialogue, and to maintain the national interests of other interests, stressing the need for the upcoming parliamentary elections on schedule.
He pointed to the importance of concerted international efforts to support democratic experiences in various countries around the world without interference in the internal affairs of, touched sovereignty, and the unity of the countries, and respecting the will of peoples to self-determination.
And called for coordination in order to eradicate terrorism and sectarianism, which is trying to sweep the various countries of the region and the world, and the elimination of evil that will allow the blood of innocents, and control the wealth of nations.
