"The Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two countries today, in the presence of the Chairman of the Saudi General Authority for Civil Aviation Abdul Hakim bin Mohammed Al-Bader Al-Tamimi and the Iraqi Ambassador to the Kingdom," the ministry said in a statement.
