    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Waleed al-Muhamadi, of the Education Parliamentary Committee stressed that the routine within the Ministry of Education is behind the shortage of school buildings.
    He stated to IraqiNews.com “All sides know the failure of the Ministry of Education in implementing the projects related to the school buildings.”
    “The routine in allocating lands for such projects are among the issues that hinder them,” he added.
    “The Ministry should deal with the Provincial Councils to speed up erecting schools,” he concluded.
