    A Russian air force plane flew over Washington, DC, on Wednesday.

    US media sources said the Russian plane flew over the US House of Representatives, the Pentagon, the White House and other facilities at an altitude of more than 1.1 thousand meters.

    CNN reported that the Tu-154 aircraft made an observation flight under the open skies agreement.
    The US Defense Department spokesman said that foreign military observers could fly on board their aircraft anywhere with the consent of the US authorities.
