The Supreme Federal Court confirmed on Tuesday that the questioning of the validity of the interrogation procedures before the House of Representatives is not a reason to disrupt the interrogation process after completing the conditions stipulated
in the Constitution. "The court has received a request for a statement of opinion and interpretation of the provisions of Article 61/7 / C of the House of Representatives regarding the fact that some of those who are being questioned go to court to appeal against his health before the court," said Ayas al-Samuk, The Samuk said that "the question was about the extent of the impact of these cases on the continuation of the Council in its control procedures in accordance with Article (61 / VII / C)," noting that "the Court replied that the completion of the interrogation of all constitutional conditions Means the continuation of the House of Representatives in accordance with Article 61 (a) B / c) of the Constitution ".
