    Baghdad Governor Atwan al-Atwani announced that 20% of projects in the capital Baghdad are stalled due to lack of financial expertise.

    The statement quoted Atawani as saying that "the delay of service and health projects caused by the lack of financial allocations and the lack of local revenues to the province, pointing to the interruption of projects amounting to 20% years ago, including the construction of large hospitals in the areas of freedom and people and virtue and building schools, Rehabilitation of sewage and water pumping stations and others. "

    He called on the governor of Baghdad to the attention of the central government to the requirements of the local government in Baghdad to complete the stalled projects or find possible alternatives to solve the problems related.
