Kirkuk's challenge for court's order on Kurdish flag

Kirkuk/ Iraq TradeLink: Chairman of the Kurdish Provincial Council here rejected a court order to down the Kurdish flag from Kirkuk governmental establishments.
Reboir Talabani pointed that the real Kirkuk's decision shall be announced on 25 September next, the date of the Kurdish independence referendum.
"We expected this order.", he confirmed, pointing that the decision of the Iraqi Administrative Court is "unconstitutional" .
On 18 March, 2017, Kirkuk Provincial Council voted , with majority, to hoist the Kurdish flag on governmental buildings in the province.
