Internal calls citizens to extract the unified card

The Ministry of Interior called on citizens to review their civil status departments in Baghdad and the provinces to obtain the unified national card.
The Director of National Card Affairs at the Directorate of Civil Status, Travel and Residence in the Ministry, Brigadier General Nashat Ibrahim Al-Khafaji, said in a special statement to "Al-Sabah" that his administration is continuing to implement its plan to transfer the work of civil status departments in all governorates to the electronic system for the purpose of issuing the national card to citizens wishing to obtain it .
He pointed out that his directorate has done the possibility of the citizen's electronic booking in order to fix the date of his Civil Status Department's review to obtain the unified card, which will be a substitute for three documents: civil status certificate, citizenship certificate and housing card.
