Jaafari: I discussed with Uglu the withdrawal of Turkish troops from Iraq

Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari said on Wednesday that he discussed with his Turkish counterpart Mouloud Gaooshoglu the withdrawal of Turkish troops from northern Iraq.
"My talks with Turkish Foreign Minister Mouloud Gaooshoglu are a number of issues and at the top of it is the issue of the withdrawal of Turkish troops from Iraq," Jaafari told a news conference with Uglu, who arrived in Baghdad early this morning.
Jaafari added that "the presence of Turkish forces in Iraq has been around two years."
Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said in a statement on Tuesday that he would not meet Turkey's invitation to visit Turkey until after the last Turkish soldier leaves northern Iraq, adding that he would inform Turkish Foreign Minister Mouloud Oglu, who is visiting Baghdad. . Ending / 25
