Harb: the Minister's resignation is effective upon approval by the
Prime Minister and does not need approval of the Parliament

(newsletter) ... Legal expert Tariq Harb said, that the Minister's
resignation is effective upon submission to the Prime Minister and
approval and does not need parliamentary approval.
He said in a
statement sent to war (News News Agency) a copy of: the Constitution
requires parliamentary approval on the Minister's resignation, saying
that the impeachment action by the Prime Minister and resign right
action by the Minister against the same webaradth and satisfaction and
choice.
And he stated: accordingly did not seek parliamentary
approval for the resignation of some Ministers of the Iraqi list and
Sadr in 2007 and has not obtained such approval when the former Commerce
Minister and resigned when former electricity Minister's resignation,
and we do not believe that there was serious talk of resignation of some
Ministers in the current Government./finished/d. o/
