Hassan pointed out the lack of discussion around because the House of Representatives is currently busy passage of the election law.

The most prominent of broken laws are: the Federal Court Act and the General Amnesty Law Amendment Act of accountability, justice and the amendment of Article 4 terrorism agreed in meetings of the Committee of Five, as well as retirement laws, parties and oil and gas.

Hassan said in a statement »Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network»: «there are still laws include constitutional violations .. We refuse to vote on the law violates the Constitution, and we refuse to issue the House of Representatives laws such as the law of the Federal Supreme Court », ruling that is passed these laws majority because of refusal of most of the blocks on them, likely that is migrated most of the laws broken to the parliamentary session, if not blocs agree about it.

In turn, the decision of the House of Representatives called Muhammad Al-Khalidi in an interview »Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network, all the political blocs to« careful in taking decisions and get away from the chaos in opinions.

Khalidi also urged «seize the opportunity for new initiatives between the political blocs to calm the atmosphere and pass laws that concern citizens and supports his marital status.

Al-Awadi said in a press statement: «a lot of laws within the parliament were disrupted because of political differences despite the formation of a number of committees, consisting of all the blocks in order to discuss the laws broken, but it failed to reach satisfactory solutions to pass those laws.

He added that the adoption of laws or not depends on the report of the committees formed, and expected that to be relayed most of the laws to the next parliamentary session. Center of this picture, revealed parliamentary sources especially for »Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network», the formation of a parliamentary committee headed by First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Qusay al-Suhail includes representatives of parliamentary blocs to initiate Platform for Action to resolve the issue of important laws that are a matter of dispute between the parliamentary blocs.
