OPEC oil is approaching $ 52 a barrel
The price of oil basket OPEC increased by more than a dollar compared to its price the previous day.
"The price of OPEC basket oil reached 51.88 dollars a barrel compared to 50.82 dollars the previous day," the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) said in a statement.
The OPEC basket is made up of desert mix (Algeria), Gerasol (Angola), Orient (Ecuador), Minas (Indonesia), Iran Heavy, Basra Light (Iraq) , Bony Light (Nigeria), Qatar Marine (Qatar), Arab Light (Saudi Arabia), Marban (United Arab Emirates) and Miri (Venezuela).
