    [rtl]The Office of Prime Minister Haider Abadi, on Monday, the intention of the Kurdistan region to send any Kurdish delegation to negotiate with the government to Baghdad on a referendum for self-determination at the moment, indicating that any political negotiations must be within the framework of constitutional.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl] "The central government has not been informed about the intention of the region to send any negotiating delegation at the moment to discuss the holding of the referendum on secession," the spokesman of the office Saad al-Hadithi said in a press statement.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl] He added that "any future dialogue will be within the Constitution and legal frameworks and no party can ignore the provisions of the Constitution at all."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Al-Hadithi pointed out that "the government is obliged to implement the federal constitution of the Iraqi state and to preserve the unity of the country and not to abandon any land, including any bank."[/rtl]
