    And the voice of the Iraqi parliament on the draft law on ratification of the agreement establishing a joint committee for cooperation between the Governments of the Republic of Iraq and Kuwait, while the other signs of normalization of relations is the vote of the Iraqi parliament, in (22 August 2013), on the draft law on ratification of the Convention on the organization of maritime border demarcation in Khawr Abd Allah between the parties.
