    China's ambassador to Washington, Tsui Tiankai, called on the United States to refrain from threatening North Korea, which earlier fired another missile that broke through Japan before falling into the Pacific Ocean.
    "I honestly believe that the United States should do more than it does now in order to have effective and effective international cooperation on this issue," Sky News quoted the Chinese ambassador as saying.
