[rtl]TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iran's Khodro Group has announced plans to start hybrid and electric cars in the next three years.[/rtl]
[rtl]The company has reached a multilateral agreement with several universities and government institutions, as well as foreign partners such as Italy's Benifarina, in order to create the production ground for this type of car, Murtada Akai said in an interview with Trend.[/rtl]
[rtl]Akkai confirmed that Iran Khodro hopes to give up the industry of gasoline and diesel vehicles and start the process of manufacturing electric and hybrid cars in the next three years.[/rtl]
