[rtl]Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari confirmed that the "historic" decision to collect criminal evidence for the crimes of al-Daqash elements is a decision based on full respect for Iraq's sovereignty and legal and judicial competence .[/rtl]
[rtl]According to a foreign statement, "Trend Press" obtained a copy of it on Monday, Jaafari pointed out that the Security Council unanimously voted on the resolution presented by Iraq in cooperation with Britain to collect forensic evidence of "terrorist crimes," in the country, noting that this decision is considered "Historically ".[/rtl]
[rtl]During a meeting with his British counterpart on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, Jaafari praised the positions of the countries supporting Iraq in issuing this resolution and responding to the request for international assistance provided by the Iraqi government to the Security Council .[/rtl]
[rtl]"This decision is based on full respect for Iraq's sovereignty and legal and judicial competence. Iraqi judges will participate with international experts, and we hope that this initiative will contribute to strengthening our efforts in the global campaign to bring justice to justice, " he said.[/rtl]
[rtl]On the other hand, al-Jaafari said that "the whole world queues with Iraq that it is necessary to maintain its unity and sovereignty," noting that "the absence of a state in the world did not express its rejection of the referendum on independence of the Kurdistan region to be held on Monday ."[/rtl]
[rtl]"It is enough that the region has heard from the whole world of the Arab world, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the Security Council and all Western countries. There is no country in the world that has expressed its displeasure and its rejection of this measure ."[/rtl]
[rtl]The Prime Minister, Haider Abadi, stressed this evening, that the uniqueness of the referendum on unilateral separation, is a decision contrary to the Constitution and peaceful coexistence among citizens, and will not be dealt with nor with the results .[/rtl]
